Tasting notes：2002 Tiers Chardonnay has the full, ripe white peach aroma of the Tiers Vineyard in a warm year. Nuances of almond, clove and cinnamon decorate the fruit and the savoury finish balances a fruit sweet, viscous mouth feel and full flavour. The hallmark of the Tiers Vineyardis the savoury mineral structure of its wines.

Leading the winemaking and winery management for the Petaluma & Croser brands Teresa brings with her an undeniable passion for meticulous winemaking. After more than twenty years perfecting her craft, her approach to winemaking remains unchanged; to create wines with elegance, finesse and balance that convey their sense of place.
Teresa grew up in Adelaide, South Australia and completed a Bachelor Degree in Chemistry and Microbiology in 1991. Working over recent decades for an array of noted wineries, Teresa has built an extensive reputation for crafting elegant white and sparkling wines along with benchmark classic red and alternative varieties.
Taking a holistic, hands- on approach to winemaking and attention to detail for every element of the winemaking process. Teresa is excited by the unique opportunity to continue the evolution of these classic varieties from such a diverse range of distinguished vineyards and regions.

Petaluma is built upon the three regions of the Adelaide Hills, Clare Valley and Coonawarra in South Australia and our carefully selected vineyard sites within them.
