Ukiyo Japanese Yuzu Gin
柚子琴酒則帶入了柚子、苦橙等柑橘調性除了適合調製Gin&Tonic外製成Negroni亦別有風味。柚子是一種在日本栽培和喜愛的柑橘類水果。視覺上類似於檸檬,但具有強烈的香味、獨特的草本香氣、溫和的苦味和不那麼強烈的酸味。
我們的柚子琴酒以當地種植的大麥為基料,經蒸餾成傳統的燒酒烈酒。我們用杜松、柚子、區域柑橘和植物藥重新蒸餾燒酒,尊重日本 1500 年種植和收穫柚子的傳統。柚子的味道酸甜芬芳,類似檸檬和葡萄柚的味道,帶有橘子的味道。
Yuzu is a citrus fruit that is cultivated and beloved within Japan. Visually similar to a lemon but with a powerful fragrance, unique herbal notes, mild bitterness, and a less sharp acid flavour.
Our Yuzu Gin is born from a base of locally grown barley that is distilled into a traditional shōchū spirit. We redistill our shōchū with juniper, yuzu, regional citrus and botanicals, respecting the 1500 year old tradition of cultivating and harvesting yuzu in Japan. The yuzu flavour is tart and fragrant, resembling that of the lemon and grapefruit, with overtones of mandarin orange.
