Jimador指的是墨西哥當地採集、挑選龍舌蘭的農工,仰賴他們長期累積的經驗才能挑出最適合製作Tequila的原料,一般只要原料中含51%以上的龍舌蘭即可標示為Tequila,但希瑪竇堅持100%以龍舌蘭為原料製作,絕對的濃、醇、香,至今已是墨西哥當地銷量第一的龍舌蘭。
