Wolfburn Aurora Highland Single Malt Scotch Whisky
由第二次填充的四分之一桶和首次填充的Oloroso雪莉桶勾兌而成，酒色比較第一款深沉並帶有來自雪莉桶的香甜風味。雪莉桶使用來自西班牙Jerez產地直送的首次填充Oloroso Hogsheads。

This beautiful sherried whisky is made from spirit laid down in a combination of ex-bourbon and Oloroso sherry casks. Benefitting from long fermentation and slow, gentle distillation, the spirit is laid down on site in our purpose-built warehouses. At the end of the maturation process the casks are brought together to create an exceptionally smooth and perfectly balanced dram.
ON THE NOSE
Sherry sweetness is followed by aromas of freshly cut grass and autumn fruits, with just a hint of coffee and dark chocolate.
ON THE PALATE
Floral tones come to the fore, with overtones of spice and vanilla. Fruity sweetness coats the palate, with fruit and nut flavours leading to a warm, soft finish.
古狼蒸餾所 Wolfburn
The Wolfburn古狼的品牌標誌是在2011所設計的，取自16世紀語言學家及動物學家Conrad Gessner 在其著作中所繪製的圖樣。在 Gessner的世界觀裡，狼在北蘇格蘭及其沿岸是常見的動物，據說有一超自然能量的親屬- 海狼The Sea-Wolf。傳說中，那些能幸運看到海狼The Sea-Wolf 的人們能獲得好運
古狼蒸餾所位於北蘇格蘭高地的凱斯內斯區瑟索鎮。在 1850 年代停產後，它於 2013年重新開放。
1821年， Wolfburn古狼蒸餾所 曾在蘇格蘭最北高地Thurso （瑟索）運作至1850年結束，為該地區曾有規模最大的蒸餾所，年產量為28,056“加侖的烈酒總產量” – 約125,000升。
2013年 Andrew Thompson重新啟動Wolfburn 古狼蒸餾所，新址僅須由舊址沿著小溪向大海走一小段路即可到達。
由古狼首席調酒師 Shane Fraser 率領推出系列作品，2016年的 Wolfburn Northland 古狼北地單一麥芽威士忌表現出眾，讓威士忌業界驚艷，更榮獲業界諸多金獎，包括2017年WWA無年份單一麥芽威士忌金獎，開啟其復興之路。
