Gianni Doglia Ruchè di Castagnole Monferrato DOCG
Winemaking：The grapes are harvested manually in the vineyard andare filled with care in cassettes for the transportation tothe winery, pressed and then fermented at a controlledtemperature with a maceration of approximately 10-12days. At the end of the fermentation process, the wineis left to clarify with static decantation until the end ofwinter. It remains in stainless steel vats until the end ofsummer, when it will be bottled: after about 6months of ageing in the bottle, it will be ready to drink.
Color：intense, with a great floreal bouquet:violet, red rose and geranious. After thatwe find also blue

Taste：warm, elegant, round. Light tannin in themounth. Great aromatic persistence.
Food coupling：perfect with aged cheeses amd with egg-pasta. Best combo with red meat, roasted meat.
吉安尼酒莊 Gianni Doglia
吉安尼酒莊(Gianni_Dogli)位於義大利北部的皮蒙(Piemonte)，由安傑尼奥，利維拉(Eugenio Rivella)於1947年創立,是個極小型的家族酒莊。
1980年代,酒莊交給女兒瑪莉莎(Marisa)及女婿布魯諾(Bruno)經營。
現任莊主兼釀酒師-吉安尼.多格利亞(GinniDoglia)於2001年接手酒莊，重新管理葡萄園、制定新的釀酒方向，開始著重於研發最頂級的蜜思嘉達斯提(Moscatod'Asti)，為酒的發展翻開全新的篇章。每一個年份、每一次收，從酒窖裡釀造出來的每一瓶酒，對於安尼而言，都能產生不同的情感，也是成長及學習的絕佳機會。
這些代代相傳的釀酒理念，是吉安尼酒莊不斷進步與創新的根基。
多年來，酒莊實行永續性的葡萄栽培，盡可能地維持葡萄藤與土壤生物的和諧關係。使用非化學肥料施肥、割草及作，僅使用硫酸銅和硫磺限制蟲害。
在葡萄園之間的小型林區進行管理及維護，以保護當地野生動物的棲息地不受破害。
吉安尼有80%的葡萄園皆可從釀酒廠步行抵達，節省了交通時間，更減少了廢氣排放。採用自然發酵釀製葡萄酒，並且減少使用二氧化硫，給予工人們安全健康的環境，也為消費者的食安把關。
地表最強Moscato酒沒有之一
2017年，吉安尼酒莊釀造的蜜思嘉達斯提，於義大利紅蝦評鑑(GamberoRosso拿下第一個「三杯」，相當於米其林三星的殊榮，又連續於2018、2019、2020年和2021年，蟬聯義大利紅蝦評盤的三杯王座，成為史上唯一連續五年，以蜜思嘉達斯提榮獲「红蝦評三杯」的酒莊。
《Bibenda》由義大利侍酒師基金會(Fondazione Italiana Sommelier)所出版的葡萄酒雜誌，以及Vitae葡萄酒年，續三年,皆分別頒予吉安尼「五串葡萄(5Grappoli)」及四藤獎(4Viti)的最高評價。
