Schenk Lazio Rosso Igt
所有的葡萄都是在成熟度最好、純度最高的時候手工採摘的。經過僅48小時的低溫浸漬後，葡萄與選定的酵母一起在不銹鋼桶中在受控溫度下發酵15天。一部分果汁在新的法國桶和木桶中陳釀，在那裡進行蘋果酸發酵。三個品種的混合是在裝瓶前的最後階段完成的。建議在飲用前在瓶中最後陳釀幾個月。深寶石紅般的色澤，濃厚的果香中透著酸櫻桃、菸草和淡淡的辛辣味，水果和木材的香味使其口感更加優雅宜人。適合搭配茄汁義大利麵、傳統義大利肉丸和熟陳乳酪。

Schenk Italian Wineries is by far one of the most significant wine producers at national level. Founded in 1952 in Reggio Emilia, and relocated in 1960 to Ora, South Tyrol, the headquarters of the first winery are closely tied with the production area.
